Just be the ball …
I'm a very goal-oriented person. I can visualize myself in a certain area of my life and work towards it. When I set forthcoming goals for myself, I strive to stay focused to achieve them. I'm my own worst critic, so I maintain very high standards for my own levels of achievement. My educational and professional direction is something I'm very proud of thus far. The key is to believe in the company or the concept and have the passion that drives me to succeed.

I've always believed in equality and that if a man can do a certain job, then a woman can do it just as well, if not better. When I'm at work, I don't see myself as this “sex symbol”. I'm sure many people have their initial perceptions and will judge a book by its cover, however, in business that doesn't have lasting power. Brains and beauty is a powerful combination. With my work experience, I've had the opportunity to work on several key business projects and acquisitions, whereby the level of respect for my work and ethic have eased the barriers for any stereotypes to be developed.
