Keepin' the body in shape.
I work out a lot.   I don't do weights though.   I do Palates.   And I do cardio, like running on the treadmill.   But I don't lift weights because I don't want to get bulky.   I like the way that yoga and Palates makes you strong.   I mean, you definitely feel it when you're doing it.

Yoga is an occupational benefit.
If you're in a natural pose, it doesn't come across on film very well.   The poses you're striking are usually very unnatural.   Depending on the shoes you're wearing too.   Today I lucked out because I got cowboy boots, but when you're in six-inch stilettos it's really hard to freeze in some of the positions you need to get into.   It's tricky.   I know most people think that modeling's not hard, but when you're doing it for five to eight hours straight?   But once I get into the swing of it, I like to keep the momentum going.
